WEAR is a UK based independent retailer selling designer, vintage and second hand clothing.

2. Product Information
We specialise in designer, vintage and second hand clothing and some items may show signs of wear or age.
Each product listing includes detailed descriptions and photos showing condition, measurements and any visible flaws.
Colours may appear slightly different due to screen variations.
All items are sold as described.
If an item is marked Brand New With Tags BNWT, it has not been worn.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in GBP.
We may change prices at any time.
Payment must be made in full at checkout.
We use secure third party payment processors and do not store card details.
4. Order Processing
We accept orders at any time.
Order processing and despatch take place Wednesday to Sunday.
When you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation.
We may cancel an order if a product becomes unavailable. If this happens, a full refund will be issued.
5. Shipping and Collection
We offer UK shipping and collection from Sunderland.
Shipping costs are shown at checkout.
Delivery times are estimates and courier delays are outside our control.
For collection orders, we will notify you when your item is ready to pick up.
6. Condition of Vintage and Second Hand Items
Many items are unique pre loved pieces with individual character.
Natural signs of age or wear will be listed when possible.
Customers must check photos, descriptions and measurements before purchasing.
7. Returns and Refunds
Refunds are only accepted when the wrong product is sent, the description or photos were inaccurate or a significant undisclosed flaw is present.
Refunds are not accepted for change of mind, fit or sizing issues, minor wear that is normal for vintage clothing or damage caused after delivery.

8. Customer Responsibilities
By purchasing from WEAR, you confirm that you have read the product listing fully, you understand the nature of vintage and second hand items and you provide accurate shipping or collection information.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, WEAR is not responsible for indirect incidental or consequential losses.
Our liability is limited to the price paid for the product.
10. Intellectual Property
All images, branding, logos and written content on this website belong to WEAR and may not be reproduced without permission.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
